Today, Mrs. Corcorran’s class shared a fun storytime with Mrs. Brown’s class! The students re-told The Three Billy Goats Gruff, bringing the classic tale to life with their voices and expressions. It was a wonderful way to practice storytelling skills and build connections between classes. Great job, readers! 👏🐐📖

The Arapaho Charter High School student of the week is Nathaniel Antelope. Nathaniel was nominated by Lorraine Goggles.
The Arapaho Charter High School Student of the Week is Nathaniel Antelope!
Nathaniel is a 9th grade student at ACHS, and the son of Linda Headley and Jerry Antelope. He is recognized as a conscientious student who is always polite and respectful to peers and teachers alike. “I’m nominating Nathaniel because of his work ethic. He does all of his work when asked and shows dedication to learning Hinono’eitiit. He is also very helpful to his classmates and helps them stay on track. He is respectful to everyone he meets” writes his nominating teacher. His dedication to his studies is evidenced by his 1st quarter presence on the ACHS Honor Roll, and past recognition as Student of the Month by the School Board.
At Arapaho Charter, Nathaniel is active with football, basketball, and the district’s Food Distribution program. He has a positive influence on the culture and climate at school, and is always willing to help out when asked. Outside of school he enjoys playing basketball with friends, lifting weights, and hanging out with his friends and/or his family. After graduating from high school, Nathaniel hopes to play college basketball somewhere while studying for his future. Congratulations, Nathaniel!
