Covid and Flu Vaccine Clinic
Flu and Covid Vaccines are available for anyone over 6 months of age.
Important information to know beforehand:
• Wind River Cares will be providing vaccines to enrolled tribal members. Everyone will need to
bring the following information: Photo ID and (if applicable) Insurance Cards and Covid Vaccination Cards.
• Guardians need to be present with anyone under the age of 18
